Information We Collect

Discord account information

When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We only request the identify scope, so we never see your email address, password, or any other Discord account details.

Event signup information

When you join a bingo event, we store the RuneScape name (RSN) you provide, your team assignment, whether you are a team captain, and your answers to any signup questions the event organiser has set up (for example, availability or in-game stats).

OSRS Hiscores data

For Skill XP tiles, we look up your RSN's public skill experience from Jagex's official Hiscores API. This is the same publicly available data anyone can view on the OSRS website, and we do not access anything requiring your OSRS account credentials.

Discord server data

If an event organiser adds the 07 Bingo Bot to their Discord server, the bot may create or update roles, channels, and categories, and set members' server nicknames to their registered RSN, in order to organise teams. It reads submission messages and attachments (screenshots) posted in the channels it has access to, in order to log bingo tile submissions. We do not store copies of your screenshots ourselves, submissions link to the message Discord already hosts.

Technical information

Our servers may log basic request information (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and debugging. We do not use this for tracking or advertising.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to operate 07 Bingo: creating and running events, assigning teams, verifying tile submissions, syncing Discord roles/channels, and displaying leaderboards. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who Can See Your Information

• Your RSN, team, and submission history are visible to other participants and captains within the same event, since that is how bingo works.
• Event organisers and admins can see signup answers and participant details for their own event.
• We do not share your information with third parties except the services needed to run 07 Bingo itself (Discord, for bot functionality, and Jagex's Hiscores API, for XP lookups).

Where Your Information Is Stored

Event and participant data is stored in an Azure DocumentDB (MongoDB-compatible) database, and the application itself runs on a Microsoft Azure virtual machine, both hosted in Azure's Central US region. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep event data for as long as the event and its associated Discord server remain linked to 07 Bingo, so results and history stay available. You can ask an event organiser or us directly to delete your participant data at any time.

Your Choices

• You can leave a bingo event at any time by contacting the event organiser.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us (see below). We will remove it unless we are required to keep it for a legitimate reason, for example an ongoing event dispute.
• You can remove the 07 Bingo Bot from your Discord server at any time, which stops it from managing roles and channels there.

Children's Privacy

07 Bingo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
